Slow-smoked the traditional way in Grimsby, our salmon portions are packed with deep, natural flavour from being gently kiln smoked over real wood chippings. This time-honoured method gives every bite that rich, smoky depth salmon lovers crave.

Each portion is individually frozen to seal in freshness and is ready to cook straight from the freezer — oven bake or microwave in minutes for a hassle-free, delicious meal. Our frozen skin on, lightly smoked salmon portions are a must-have for your freezer, and with its exceptional taste and nutritional benefits, salmon is an excellent choice for a healthy and delicious meal. Our freezer pack ensures you always have this fantastic fish on hand when needed.

Pair with tender new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a creamy dill and sour cream sauce for a simple yet satisfying dish that feels like a treat any day of the week.

Please note: portions may include a mix of tail and centre cuts, offering a variety of textures and tastes.

Cooking Instructions:

MUST BE COOKED BEFORE EATING
From Frozen. Remove outer packaging, pierce a hole in each individual vacuum pack.
Place on a microweavable plate & cook on full power for 2-3 mins (1000w) 3-4 mins (800w) 5 mins (700w) from frozen until the portions are cooked throughout. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Oven cook -Remove all packaging, loosely wrap the portion in lightly oiled foil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C / 375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 30-35 min.

These portions still require heating, but can be on your plate in a matter of minutes! Simply ovenbake, panfry or microwave and serve with roast potato and seasonal veg in the Winter, or boiled potatoes and a simple salad in the warmer months.
