
Air Fried Honey Mustard Salmon Recipe

In just 10 minutes, you’ll have perfectly cooked fillets with a sweet and tangy glaze, crispy edges, and tender, juicy flesh. It’s a flavour-packed dinner that’s ideal for busy weeknights—especially when paired with buttery new potatoes or fresh green beans.
Ingredients
- 2 Regal Fish salmon portions, skin on or off your choice!
- 1 tbsp wholegrain or Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, to serve
Cooking Intructions
- 1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with kitchen paper and brush lightly with olive oil.
- 2. Mix the glaze: In a small bowl, stir together honey and mustard.
- 3. Brush the glaze over the top of each salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place in the air fryer, skin-side down, making sure the fillets aren’t touching.
