I want my order tomorrow. What is the cut-off time?
You can order fish for delivery on Regal vans Monday – Friday or by courier Tuesday – Saturday. Please note that next-day delivery is available for selected items only. This is shown on their product page.
How do I know the service my delivery will come on?
1. Van delivery – a Regal driver will deliver these on a Regal van. They follow a 6-8 week delivery cycle, so you will see these pop-up for your area during this time. These are delivered Monday-Friday between 1pm and 7pm. We will send a 2-hour delivery slot on the and a tracking link via email/text on the day of your delivery. You can use this to track your driver throughout the day for updated delivery times.
2. Courier deliveries -DPD will deliver these. You can opt for courier delivery Tuesday-Saturday, and DPD will send you a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Courier via DPD - Tuesday-Friday. Delivery is free on orders over £55, £6.49 for orders between £20-£55. Delivered between 8am – 12noon
Courier Saturday via DPD - Free on orders over £55, £10 for orders between £20-£55. Delivered between 8am – 12noon
How do I know when my Regal Van Delivery will arrive?
If you have ordered online and want to check the delivery date, log in to your online account, go into the ‘Orders’ section, and click the order you would like to check the delivery date. The date will be shown in the page's ‘Order Comments’ section. If you have ordered via the call centre, please check your confirmation email or call us; we are happy to help.
We will send a 2-hour estimated delivery window on the day of your delivery via text or email. This will also include a link you can use throughout the day to track your driver. Please click the link to update the tracking, as traffic, weather, or other events may affect the original delivery window we provide.

We work on a 6-8 week delivery cycle for our vans. This means van delivery will not be available to your every week. If you would like to know your next delivery date on a Regal Van, please contact us via Live Chat or our ‘Contact Us’ form.

How will my products arrive on a Courier Delivery?
Your products will arrive in a Regal printed box with insulation to ensure they remain fresh and frozen. We use WooCool ® as our insulation partner. WoolCool ® is sustainable and compostable. Find out more about WoolCool ® here. We use specialised ice packs to ensure the frozen stays frozen and fresh stays fresh. These can be disposed of according to your local authority's rules or reused for personal use. We also use shredded cardboard to keep your products secure during transit – this can be recycled with your cardboard at home. Your fresh products will arrive vacuum-packed, ready to use or placed in your freezer.
