How do I refer a friend online?
You must be a current customer to refer a friend and logged in to your account with us.
Click the ‘Rewards’ Icon on the bottom right-hand corner of our webpage.
Here you will find a URL you can copy and send to your friends.
You can email this to them directly via the panel or send it to them however you wish. It can be texted, emailed or sent over WhatsApp. However, you prefer to communicate with your friends.
When your friend clicks on the link, they will open our webpage, and the Rewards panel will automatically open.
Here they can enter their email address to be emailed the rewards code. This code will give them £15 off their first order with us.
When your friend uses their code, this will automatically trigger your rewards to be emailed to you and you can now redeem £15 off your next order. Should the new customer opt not to use their discount on their first order, your discount will not be activated until they redeem theirs.
Is there a minimum order value to claim the reward?
Yes. The referred friend must spend £50 to claim the £15 rewards. The existing customer it is a minimum order of £20 to claim the 500 points (equivalent to £15) which is our usual minimum order cost.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Please note: if your friend is already a customer, they will not be eligible to redeem the reward and you will not get a reward for referring them.
How soon do we need to use our codes?
After you receive your code, when your friend has made a purchase, you will have 60 days to redeem your reward.
If your codes are not redeemed within these time limits, they will expire.
