What are subscriptions?
Our website offers subscriptions for a range of products and suggested boxes. You can choose to have these delivered Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly. When you add the items to your shopping cart, you will choose the frequency you would like your items delivered to you.
When will I receive my subscription?
Depending on the frequency you have chosen. We will automatically raise the order on the day you have requested. When an order is raised, the order is added to our systems. It will not be delivered on the same day it has been raised. Your subscription will arrive as per below:
Weekly subscription: the order will be raised every 7 days after your first order. E.g. if you place an order on Tuesday, your subscription will be raised every Tuesday after.
Fortnightly Subscriptions: the order will be raised every 14 days after your first order. E.g. if you place an order on Tuesday, your subscription will be raised every second Tuesday after.
Monthly Subscriptions: the order will be raised every 30 days after your first order date.
Please note:The timings above are from the day you place your order NOT the day you choose for your order to be delivered.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time, up to 2 days before your next subscription is due.
Will you contact me before the subscription order is raised?
Yes, we will send you an email 3 days before your order is raised asking if you would like to make any changes. The possible changes are listed below:
1. Skip, Pause or cancel. This allows you to skip your subscription, pause it until you’d like to return to us or cancel your subscription.
2. Increase the quantity of your subscription products by adding an extra product or two.
3. Change your subscription products with another one of our subscription products.
4. Change your subscription frequency.
5. Update your shipping address
6. Change your payment information
7. Bill now
You can also do all of these in your account area of our website at any time up to 2 days before your subscription is due. There is an 'Actions' button next to the products you have, you can do any of the above from there. Please be aware you will need to repeat this step if you are subscribed to multiple products to ensure they remain under one subscription.
If you make any changes, these will be confirmed via email.
Do I need to re-raise my subscription?
You do not. If you do not want to make any changes, we will automatically raise your order and send it to you.
How will my order arrive?
All subscription orders are delivered via our courier service DPD. They will contact you the day before delivery and on your delivery date with a delivery window. All orders should arrive before 12-noon. If you would like more information on our courier service, please visit our Delivery FAQs page.
Is there a minimum value for my subscription?
Yes, we cannot fulfil subscription orders below £20. It is your responsibility to ensure your subscription items are over £20. If they are not, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email if this is the case.
What if my payment fails?
We will rebill your payment 3 times until the subscription is cancelled. This will be confirmed to you via email.
Please note:
If we are unable to fulfil your subscription products due to supply chain disruptions, we will let you know and allow you to replace any item in the subscription. However, we will always endeavour to ensure your subscription is completely fulfilled as you desired.
