We take fresh Salmon portions each morning and place in an ovenproof tray, topped with 2 sachets of Miso butter, ready for you to bake at home. This simple to prepare Japanese dish is perfect for a midweek treat but paired with a simple stirfry and box choi, it is bound to impress at any dinner party!
When youre ready to bake, pour the sauce over each fillet and oven bake, it wont take long for the aromatic flavours to infuse with the fish, creating a mouthwatering dish that will leave you wanting more.
Cooking: Oven - peel off the film, pur a sachet of sauce over each portion and oven bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C, gas mark 4 for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
