Product Details

Each morning we carefully prepare the smoked haddock which has been smouldering over wood chippings overnight,  before our expert filleters prepare the portions and top with a delicate lemon zest and herb butter.

Perfect for when your short on time, no preparation needed, simply serve with boiled potatoes and seasonal vegetables or a crisp salad for a simple yet delicious meal.

Ingredients:

Haddock (FISH), (Salt, annatto norbixin, curcumin), Salted BUTTER (MILK) (BUTTER, SALT), Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Chives, Dill, Cornflour, Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Oven - remove the film and oven bake in a pre heated 180C oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Microwave: Pierce the film and microwave on High for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork .
If cooking from frozen just add a extra couple of minutes to the cooking time. Suitable for freezing. May contain bones.
