Each morning we carefully prepare the smoked haddock which has been smouldering over wood chippings overnight,  before our expert filleters prepare the portions and top with a delicate lemon zest and chive butter.

Perfect for when your short on time, no preparation needed, simply serve with boiled potatoes and seasonal vegetables or a crisp salad for a simple yet delicious meal.

Supplied in an ovenbakeable tray, simply bake in a pre heated 180C oven for 15-18 minutes. Or to microwave, pierce the film and microwave on High for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
