These wild caught Haddock loin portions are simply wonderful, and ready to take out of your freezer for a quick and easy seafood fix. Wrap in a little foil parcel and oven bake, or panfry to perfection. Haddock has a mild flavour which is slightly sweeter than Cod, but takes on other flavours beautifully.
Top tip: We advise defrosting before pan frying,simply pat the fish dry and place the fish in the pan, turning once during cooking. This will ensure that the protective glaze doesn't get in the way of a nice golden crust!
