We buy our salmon from sustainable farms in Norway and Scotland to ensure a consistent annual supply of high-quality salmon.Our Sea bass comes from the best farm in Turkey. The farm produces its own feed making it fully traceable and only comes from sustainable sources.
We work with the leading sustainable and ethical farm in the world in Norway who farm the halibut in the Norwegian Fjords.
We source the majority of our haddock from the incredible sustainable fisheries in Norway. The brilliant knowledge of the fishermen allows us to deliver the best quality fish every time you buy.
