  • 1. Put the flour in a bowl, crack in the eggs, and whisk while slowly pouring in the milk. Keep whisking until smooth
  • 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour in just enough batter to coat the base in a thin layer
  • 3. Cook for about 1 minute until the edges lift and the underside is golden. Flip (confident energy only) and cook the other side for 30–45 seconds.
