Ingredients
- John Ross Smoked Salmon slices
- 100g Plain Flour
- 2 eggs
- 300ml Milk
- Cream Cheese
- Lemon Zest
- Lemon Juice
Cooking Intructions
- 1. Put the flour in a bowl, crack in the eggs, and whisk while slowly pouring in the milk. Keep whisking until smooth
- 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour in just enough batter to coat the base in a thin layer
- 3. Cook for about 1 minute until the edges lift and the underside is golden. Flip (confident energy only) and cook the other side for 30–45 seconds.
- 4. Serve with your john ross smoked salmon and cream cheese mixture!
