Our Thai Green Curry Seabass features a delicate seabass fillet topped with a fragrant Thai green curry butter. As it cooks, the butter melts into the fish, delivering creamy coconut notes, fresh herbs and a gentle warmth that enhances the natural flavour of the seabass. Light yet indulgent, it’s an easy way to create a restaurant-quality meal at home with minimal effort.
Cooking Instructions:
Pan Fry Medium Heat 7 – 9 mins
Remove all packaging, preheat 10ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat. Reduce to a medium heat. Add the seabass fillets skin side down/the chillies and cook for 7 - 9 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Add the butter to the pan for the last minute and stir well. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
