Our Smoked Trout Slices are crafted from premium rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), slow-grown at sea to develop exceptional texture and flavour. From the same family as salmon, trout is naturally rich in Omega-3, offering all the goodness you’d expect – but with a slightly lighter, more delicate character and its own distinctive depth.
Expertly cured and gently smoked, each slice has a silky texture and beautifully balanced flavour that works just as well layered onto warm sourdough as it does folded through scrambled eggs, salads or pasta.
