Prepare to be captivated by our increadible smoked haddock wellingtons, which are absolutely divine! We combine Grimsby smoked haddock fillet portions with a cheese and spinach sauce, all expertly hand wrapped in flaky puff pastry. As they bake in the oven, these wellingtons rise to form delicious parcels of goodness, achieving a delightful golden-brown finish that will leave you wanting more.  

After one bite you want these wellingtons again and again and the best part is, they are handmade! Allowing you to impress your guests by passing them off as your own creations. Your secret is safe with us!

Oven Bake from Frozen – Preheat the oven to 200ºC/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 35-40 minutes until the pastry is cooked. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Airfry at 160ºC for approximately 35 minutes. Use a pizza-style tray to ensure the bottom cooks through for the best results.
