Then the battered fish fingers are finished with a delicious crispy coating.

Oven bake: Remove all packaging. Place Cod fish fingers onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and bake for 25- 30 minutes at 200°C, 180°C fan, gas mark 6. Air Fry: Cook on 180 degrees for 10 mins, flip the fingers over, and cook for a further 6 mins.
