That's why we have created a fantastic freezer pack of our cod fillet portions to ensure we are never caught short of brilliant fish again. We portion our fish and quickly freeze it to lock in all the goodness and flavour. This results in fantastic eating experiences, and defrosted cod is barely distinguishable from fresh.
Our cod loins are simply delicious. The thickness of the loin keeps the fish perfectly moist when baked and keeps its shape when roasted or pan-fried. These loins will always serve to impress. Mild in flavour with a tender but firm texture, this fish can do it all. Defrost before using, or add straight to your pan, frozen. However, you decide the result will be fantastic.
Top tip: if pan frying, defrost before use, pat the fish dry and place the fish in the pan, runing only once during cooking.
