Delicious and luxurious chunks of Monkfish are prepared each morning in our factory by expert filleters, and paired with Argentinian Red Shrimps before being topped with a spicy pil pil butter.

Ready to panfry in a matter of minutes, try dunking crusty bread into the delicious mixture as a tasty tapas, or serve with potatoes and a crisp salad for a mouthwatering meal. 

 

Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Reduce to a medium heat and add prawns & cod into the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Add the butter for the last minute and stir well.
