Plaice are a great flatfish; we source these from leading fisheries in the UK and Iceland. The fisherman working in these fisheries have a wealth of knowledge, allowing them to uphold the best sustainability practices ensuring viable fisheries for years to come. We offer these frozen as they spawn between June-Christmas so we do not offer them fresh between this time to allow fishing stocks to remain high. Although we do our best to remove all the bones, some may remain, so please take care when eating.
