We always love to have a fresh supply of fish, but sometimes we run out before we've had a chance to order more. That's why we have created a fantastic freezer pack of our haddock fillets to ensure we are never caught short of brilliant fish again. Offering full fillets allows you the flexibility to cut the portions to the size you require to feed those you love. Or keep them full. The choice and freedom are yours.
Haddock is an incredible fish. It has a delicate flavour that pairs well with almost every cuisine. Snow white, when cooked with a mild and succulent taste, haddock is one of the best white fish you can buy, especially if you are new to fish or don't like overpowering flavours. We quickly freeze the fillets to lock in all the nutrients and flavour, ready to be enjoyed when you are prepared to serve. Try bringing the chippy to you by making homemade fish and chips with our whole haddock fillets. It's super easy and wows even the hardest to impress dinner guests. If you fancy something healthier, bake the fillets with vegetables and serve with boiled baby potatoes, honey, and mustard dressing. You can bake the fillets straight from frozen. Note: we always try to supply whole fillets to your chosen weight. However, as this is a wild fish, we may add a smaller fillet to your order due to fillet size variances to ensure the correct weight is reached.

Sourcing
We source the majority of our haddock from the incredible fisheries in the northern countries of Iceland and Norway. The haddock is caught and quickly processed, making ultra-fresh products ready to cook. Not only are the fisheries sustainable, but the incredible knowledge of the fishermen allows us to offer the best quality fish every time you buy. When you receive your fish, check the label to find out where your fish has been sourced from. Although we do our best to remove all the bones, some may remain, so please take care when eating.
