Thanks to our quick freezing process, we can lock in the flavour and goodness, preserving the quality of the fish until you're ready to enjoy it. For a delicious and hassle-free meal, try baking the frozen portions with vegetables for a delightful one-tray bake. Alternatively, sprinkle them with za'atar and enjoy them in flatbreads for a tasty treat.

Salmon is not only an excellent fish to eat, but it also offers numerous health benefits. As an oily fish it is a source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA), essential for your diet since your body cannot produce them independently. These fatty acids help maintain normal cholesterol levels and support the functioning of the heart, brain, and vision. Cooking Instructions:

Cook from Frozen. Gas 6/200°C/ Fan 180°C 18 - 20 minutes
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap the fillets in a lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. All cooking appliances may vary. This is a guide only. Do not reheat.
