Our Tuna is sourced from Sri Lanka using short and hand-line fishing methods. Reducing the risk of by-catch and ensuring ethical catch methods. It is then processed and quickly frozen to lock in the flavour and quality, ready for you to enjoy when you cook. We cut our loin portions to create these wonderful Tuna Strips. May contain Histmine.
