Our Smoked Haddock fish cakes are not your average fishcakes. They are made right here in Grimsby, using smoked fish from our very own smokehouse! Mixed with Linsolnshire mashed potato, cheese and mustard. They are then rolled in a breadcrumb and packaged ready for you to cook!
You can prepared your smoked haddock fish cakes however you like. Bake them, air fry them or shallow fry them. Whatever your preferred cooking method, the result is glorious! Our smoked haddock fishcakes are perfect for a quick lunch fix or an easy dinner-time delight.
Cook from frozen - Oven Bake @180°C in a pre heated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes in the upper part of the oven. Can also shallow fry. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Full instructions on packaging.
