The competition is open until midnight on the 22nd of August, and we’ll email the winner once selected. Once confirmed, we’ll make sure your prize is shipped to you ready for the bank holiday weekend!

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser: The social media competition ("Competition") is organised by Regal Fish Supplies with registered office at Regal Fish, Ardent Roard, Barton-Upon-Humber, DN18 5FA hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser."

2. Eligibility: The Competition is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period: The Competition begins on 16/08/2023 at 14.00 BST and ends on 22/08/2023 at 23.59 BST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must:

• LIKE the competition posts.
• SHARE the posts to your feed and/or story.
• SUBSCRIBE to our newsletter by filling out the entry form below.

5. Prize: The prize for the Competition is Weber Performance Deluxe GBS Charcoal Barbecue and a Box of Regal fish. The total value of the prize is £798. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place within 1 day after the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be announced on the Organiser's social media platform and will be contacted via email ONLY.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified through the email they used to enter the Competition. The winner must respond within 2 days of receiving the notification to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Publicity: By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to allow the Organiser to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

9. Data Privacy: The Organiser will collect and process personal data provided by participants solely for the purpose of administering the Competition. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the Organiser's use of their personal data for this purpose.

10. General Conditions: The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate the entry process. The Organiser's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

11. Modification or Termination: The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that affect the integrity of the Competition.

12. Governing Law: The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
