We mainly source our mackerel in Scotland and other areas in the UK. A wealth of local knowledge in mackerel fishing allows them to catch sustainably and pass on the tradition to future generations. We fillet the whole fish and quickly freeze the fillets to lock in the flavour and quality, ready for you to enjoy when you want. This product will contain bones.
