Our delicious crab cakes are made using a carefully balanced blend of whitefish, succulent crab meat, potato, and fragrant Thai spices. Expertly seasoned, coated in natural breadcrumbs, and flash fried for a crisp golden finish, they offer a perfect combination of delicate seafood flavour and subtle aromatic spice. Ideal as a starter, light lunch, or served with a fresh salad for an easy and impressive meal.
Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging & cook from frozen. Oven Bake. Brush liberally with cooking oil and place on an oven proof tray, put into an oven, preheated to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 12 – 15 minutes.
Shallow Fry – From Frozen. Put a small amount of oil into a frying pan & bring up to heat, cook on a medium heat for 7 – 8 minutes turning occasionally.
Deep Fry – From Frozen, Preheat the oil to 180°C & cook for 5 – 6 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Air-fry - refer to manufacturers guide as all appliances vary in performance
