Love tapas but hate the prep? Look no further! Our cheesy garlic prawns are an instant winner. We use raw and deveined king prawns and smother them in a cheesy garlic sauce. Truly the best of both worlds. The sauce melts over and cooks the prawns, resulting in succulent and juicy prawns and the perfect dipping sauce for some crusty bread or patatas bravas.
Oven bake 230°C/Gas 8 for 10-12 minutes. Pan sauté, add 1tsp of water, and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. To microwave, place in a microwave-safe dish, cover and cook on high power for 5 minutes, stir and cook for a further 4 minutes.
