These Skull Island giant tiger prawns are not only showstoppers in size but also in taste. Wild-caught in the pristine waters off Northern Australia, they boast an unbeatable combination of firm, succulent texture and delicately sweet flavour.

Perfect for grilling, barbecuing, or pan-frying, these prawns hold their shape beautifully when cooked, making them ideal for a range of cuisines—from Asian-inspired dishes to Mediterranean platters or classic surf & turf. Their impressive appearance makes them a centrepiece on any table.


Cooking Instructions:
Defrost Prawns in the fridge prior to cooking. To pan-fry prawns, heat a large non-stick frying pan and add a small amount of butter and a pinch of sea salt. Fry prawns side down on medium heat for roughly 2 minutes or until they start to change colour all over the shell. Turn the prawns and fry for a further 2 minutes. Remove from pan deshell and enjoy with some of the melted butter.
