Cooking Instructions:
Oven - remove the film and oven bake in a pre heated 180C oven for 15 -18 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Microwave: Pierce the film and microwave on High for 2-3 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork .
If cooking from frozen just add a extra couple of minutes to the cooking time. Suitable for freezing. May contain bones.
