These exceptional quality anchovies are fished in the eastern Atlantic. The fish are first marinated in white wine vinegar, which will give the boquerónes their distinctive white colour, before being packed in sunflower oil whose mildness allows the flavour of the fish to come through.
The sharpness of the vinegar perfectly complements the naturally oily fish for the ultimate eating experience. They are plump, firm and generous in size. Absolutely perfect in salads or on their own as part of a tapas selection.
