Cooking Guidelines:
Oven bake: Based on 2 fillets. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC fan / Gas Mark 7. Remove required amount from
packaging. Place on a pre-heated baking tray near the middle of the oven for 22 – 25 minutes.
Air-fry: Refer to manufacturers guide as all appliances vary in performance.
Keep frozen at -18°C or below and do not refreeze after thawing
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain
