We smoked our traditionally smoked Haddock fillets overnight, and each morning our expert filleters prepare them into mealsized portions, before topping with a delicious rarebit topping and cheese crumb.
This succulent and flavorful dish is ready to bake at home in the tray, serve with boiled potato and seasonal vegetables for a warming delicious meal.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 6.
Remove all packaging, place the fillets on a preheated baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until cooked. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
