If you haven't tried this classic Japanese dish, you simply must! Melt in your mouth delicious and so simple to cook, with no preparation required.

Each morning, our expert filleters prepare fresh Haddock and serve it in an ovenbake tray, along with two sachets of blackened Miso sauce, ready to pour over the fish and bake to perfection. The aromatic flavours infuse with the fish leaving you wanting more! Simply serve with stir fried vegetables and bok choi.

 

Cooking Instructions:

Oven - peel off the film and pour a sachet of miso sauce over each portion of fish, cook in a preheated oven at 180°C gas mark 4, for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
